Hearing Aid Donation
In May 2010 a representative from Shanghai based GN ReSound Hearing Care went to Xining School for Deaf and Mutes to meet 17 children. They all recevied a personally fitted hearing aid.
Official registration in Sweden
During spring 2010 Change for Life got officially registered in Sweden as "Ideella föreningen Change for Life".
Our registrered organisation number is: 802451-0052
Since we are now a registered organisation we have also a bank account, on which we can receive donations.

Spring 2010
Members from Change for Life have had a busy spring. We have participated in bazaars all over Beijing to raise money for our projects. Embassy House bazaar, BSB Spring and Summer Fayre, ISB Spring Fair, Yosemite House bazaar among others.
We have also been selling Lotta Jensfelts beautiful coffee table book.
All this work is finally paying off now when we are able to do new donations to the Qinghai children from Xining School for Deaf and Mutes, and Xunhua Special School. This time we are working in cooperation with Gn ReSound Hearing Care (Shanghai), who will help us provide and custom fit the hearing aids.
Winter bazaars 2009
Before christmas Change for Life was busy with selling cards drewn by the children of the Xining Deaf and Mute School, aprons and oven mitts and christmas wreths. All of the proceeds goes to our charity work.
We participated at the Beijing bazaars at the Embassy House, Dulwich College International School of Beijing, Swedish School of Beijing and Western Academy of Beijing.
Beijing Snapshots
The photographer Helena Jeppsson has taken some amazing pictures of Beijing which were displayed at an exhibition at River Garden Clubhouse in November. All pieces were for sale and all money raised went directly to the children in Qinghai. Thank you Helena for a fantastic show and for great contribution and thanks to all of you buying the beautiful pieces of Art!
Xunhua Special School
In October 2009 members from Change for Life revisited the Xunhua Special School to inspect the washing facilities and bathroom built with money donated from the Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
The children at Xunhua Special School are now provided with washing facilities, a washing machine and shower rooms with solar heated hot water.
Gobi March
June 14-20, Ludvig Landgren ran the Gobi March and challenged friends and family to donate money to Change for Life. Thank you Ludvig for a great March and a great contribution to Change for Life!
Hearing aids
On May 5th, 2009 Change for Life delivered 59 hearing aids to the children of Xining Deaf and Mute School and Qinghai Special Education School. We would like to thank everyone who through their donations made this possible!
Family Fun Day
On May 24th 2009, Change for Life arranged a Family Fun Day here in Beijing. More than 170 people came and we raised good money for our projects. Thanks to all of you who came and contributed on this day!
SSB
The Swedish School in Beijing has collected small change to make a change for the children at Xunhua Special School.
Xunhua Special School
In October 2008 and February 2009, members of Change for Life visited the Xunhua Special School. First time we went there to get an understanding of their needs and the second time to provide food, fruit, schoolbags, blankets, mattresses etc. Next step will be to rebuild and renovate part of the school.
Swedish Chamber of Commerce
Dancing, wining and dining and meeting new and old friends. The 10th anniversary of Swedish Chamber of Commerce was celebrated in Beijing and Shanghai. Together with Change for Life money was raised to rebuild and renovate part of the Xunhua Special School.
